This Czechoslovakian-East German co-production is about two bright boys and their encounter with a robot, just like in a science fiction film.
Two engineers are on their way to the Leipzig Trade Fair with their robot Blasius (Leos Sucharípa). On the train, young Frantik (Petr Stary) from Prague, who is on his way to visit his friend Egon (Mario Wojtyczka) in Leipzig, ends up in their compartment. When they arrive at the station, Blasius kidnaps the two boys. When the strange behavior of the human-looking robot reveals his secret, they believe that he is intended for criminal activities and kidnap him themselves. Their programming errors cause great confusion. Pursued by the inventors, they end up at the exhibition grounds.
