Adele Tulli is a filmmaker and academic whose documentary work explores social norms and gender identities. Her film "Normal" (2019) premiered in the Panorama section of the Berlinale, where it received a Special Mention at the Teddy Awards. Her other directorial works include "38 Parallelo EUT" (2012) and the more recent project "A World Without Men" (2024). In addition to her filmmaking, Tulli works as a Senior Lecturer in Film at the University of Roehampton in London, where she also earned her PhD.
