Born in 1969, French actor Clotilde Courau completed her training at renowned Parisian drama schools. For her early role in Jacques Doillon's drama "The Little Gangster" (1990), she won the European Film Award for Best Supporting Actress and received a César nomination. Her versatile filmography includes Jean Becker's "Élisa" (1995), Olivier Dahan's biopic "La Vie en Rose" (2007), and Rebecca Zlotowski's "An Easy Girl" (2019). She has repeatedly collaborated with notable filmmakers and was also recently seen in Paul Verhoeven's historical drama "Benedetta" (2021).
