Garance Marillier
ActorGarance Marillier is a French actress who, with her powerful performances and emotional intensity, has become one of the most remarkable young talents in European cinema. Born in Paris in 1998, she began her career as a musician before attracting attention with her first short films and her collaboration with director Julia Ducournau. She made her breakthrough in 2016 with the multi-award-winning feature film Raw (directed by Julia Ducournau), in which she played the lead role of Justine. The film premiered at the Cannes International Film Festival and brought Marillier international recognition.
In POMPEI (2019, directed by Anna Falguères and John Shank), she shows another facet of her acting skills.
