Israel Kaunatjike

Actor
Israel Kaunatjike is primarily known as an activist rather than an actor or director. He is a member of the Herero people from Namibia and has gained attention for his efforts to seek reparations and recognition for the Herero and Namaqua Genocide perpetrated by German colonial forces in the early 20th century. Kaunatjike has been active in various organizations and has spoken at numerous events to raise awareness about the historical injustices faced by his people. Through his activism, he aims to secure restitution and apologies from the German government.
