Joscha Bongard
DirectorJoscha Bongard, born in 1994 in Wolfsburg and raised in Kassel, studied Film and TV Directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Scholarships took him to La Fémis in Paris and UCLA Extension in Los Angeles. His short film Jung Fragil premiered internationally at the Riga International Film Festival. In 2022, he released his first feature-length documentary Pornfluencer, which was theatrically distributed in Germany and nominated for the German Documentary Film Award. Alongside his narrative work, he has directed commercials and branded shorts for international clients. His diploma film Babystar is also his debut feature.
