DirectorMarino Guarnieri is an Italian director, screenwriter, and animator, considered a key figure at the animation studio Mad Entertainment. Alongside Alessandro Rak, Ivan Cappiello, and Dario Sansone, he co-directed the feature film "Cinderella the Cat" (Gatta Cenerentola, 2017), a dark reinterpretation of the Cinderella story. The film premiered at the Venice International Film Festival and received several honors, including two David di Donatello Awards. Previously, Guarnieri was a key animator on the critically acclaimed work "The Art of Happiness" (L'arte della felicità, 2013), which won the European Film Award for Best Animated Feature Film.
