Reiner Schöne is a German actor, voice actor, singer, and author who can look back on an impressive international career in film, television, and theater. After training as an actor at the Deutsches Theater in Berlin, he first made a name for himself on stage before going on to impress audiences in cinema and television with his striking presence and voice. Schöne gave one of his most memorable film performances in SNOWMAN'S LAND (2010, directed by Tomasz Thomson). In this darkly humorous crime thriller, he plays the gangster boss Berger, whose cold authority and subtle wit set the tone for the film. The film was shown at several European festivals and is considered a cult classic of modern German genre cinema. Throughout his career, Schöne has worked with renowned directors in Germany and the USA.
