ActorBorn in Berlin in 1989, director and screenwriter Suzan Erentok has already achieved early success in the German film scene. Together with Ilker Çatak, she wrote the screenplay for "I was, I am, I will be" (2019), for which they received a nomination for the First Steps Award. The feature film went on to win the Lola in Bronze at the 2020 German Film Awards. Her short film "Franky" (2022), created during her directing studies at the Hamburg Media School, was selected for the competition at the Max Ophüls Preis Film Festival.
