Thomas Dehler is a German actor and voice actor who has been working continuously in film and television productions since the 1980s. Born in Altenburg and trained at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin, he combines stage work with many years of experience in front of the camera and as a voice actor. A current and central cinema title in his filmography is SCHLAMASSEL (2023, directed by Sylke Enders). In this drama, Dehler is part of the ensemble and appears on camera alongside Anja Schneider. The film is one of his more recent works and shows him in a contemporary narrative that touches on social divisions as well as relationships and family lines. In addition to SCHLAMASSEL, his documented selection of works includes notable film and TV productions from various decades. These include Luther (2003) and Liebe Mauer (2009).
