Ulrich Blöcher

Ulrich Blöcher, born in Gießen in 1973, is a German actor who completed his training at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin. From 2009 to 2022, he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Deutsches Theater Berlin, where he worked with numerous renowned filmmakers. The trade magazine 'Theater heute' named him 'Actor of the Year' in 2011. In addition to his extensive stage career, he regularly appears in film and television productions, such as the feature films 'Frau Stern' (2019) and 'What You Can See from Here' (2022). For his performance in 'Frau Stern,' he was nominated for the German Film Critics' Award.
