Abaabi ba boda boda

Abdel's father is unfit to drive after an accident and his eldest son Abdel takes over the motorcycle taxi business, which is called boda boda in Kampala. The motorcycle feeds his whole family and gives them a modest hope of prosperity. Abel, eldest son of the family from a Ugandan village, sees himself as destined for greater things and does not seek his fortune on a Boda Boda. Until an accident renders his father unfit to drive and Abel is forced to secure the family's existence in the saddle of the motorcycle taxi. Abel's newly gained freedom not only opens the door to a better future for him, but also shows him the dark side of the urbanized community. As if all this wasn't enough, the motorbike is also stolen.
