Trailer

An exceptionally candid Belarusian film about three teenagers who are confronted with prejudice from their peers and adults.

Synopsis

Nastya, Sasha and Kristina are teenagers from the Belarusian countryside who live normal teenage lives until an HIV diagnosis upsets their world. The film was made in collaboration with the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) and is the focus of a region-wide campaign to prevent HIV and combat stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. "With a close-to-reality gaze, a convincing ensemble as well as a suspenseful build-up, the director captures the events surrounding the group of three, creating a gripping drama that leaves viewers captivated and stunned."
