Prima Mallorca

Forty long-term unemployed people are sent to Germany's favorite vacation island, Mallorca, for a 10-week internship, to get off welfare and improve their chances on the job market. The trainees are expected to prove themselves in a foreign environment and to be open to new ideas. For most of them, the PRIMA MALLORCA project is the greatest, perhaps last chance of their lives. However, their success is challenged by the lure of the fun island and the lack of a daily work routine...
