Born in 1963, the journalist, author, and film critic Elisabeth Quin is a staple of the French media landscape. Since 2012, she has hosted the daily culture and debate program '28 minutes' on the Arte channel, shaping public discourse. Furthermore, she has published several books, including the autobiographical novel 'La nuit se lève' (2019), in which she addresses her eye disease. She also occasionally appears as an actor, for instance in films by Christophe Honoré ('Inside Paris', 2006) and Mia Hansen-Løve ('All Is Forgiven', 2007).
