His debut short film, 'La extranjera' (2015), was awarded the Biznaga de Plata for Best Director at the Málaga Film Festival. This work laid the foundation for his future cinematic career. His subsequent projects include the short film 'El paso' (2019), which earned a nomination for Best Short Film at the prestigious Premios Forqué.
