ActorThe filmmaker Ilja Stahl studied Directing Fiction at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. His graduation film, the medium-length feature "The Pen and the Pilot" (2024), premiered in the competition of the Max Ophüls Preis Film Festival. For this work, Stahl also received a nomination for the FIRST STEPS Award 2024. His earlier directorial work includes the short film "Reste von uns" from 2020.
