ActorThe French actor and singer Jeanne Balibar, born in 1968, completed her acting training at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris. After starting her career at the Comédie-Française, she established herself as a key performer in French auteur cinema, working with filmmakers such as Olivier Assayas and Jacques Rivette. Her role in Mathieu Amalric's film *Barbara* (2017) earned her the César Award for Best Actress. She received another César Award, this time for Best Supporting Actress, for her work in the film adaptation *Lost Illusions* (2021).
