Jim Garrow

Brooklyn-based animator and filmmaker Jim Garrow is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City. He focuses on animated short films, for which he often handles direction, writing, and animation. His works, such as *The Importance of Sex Education* (2016) and *Ms. Sparkle* (2019), have screened successfully at numerous festivals. *Ms. Sparkle* in particular has won several awards, including Best Animated Short at the 2019 FilmQuest Festival and the Nightmares Film Festival.
