ActorBorn in Paris in 1966, actor José Garcia completed his training at institutions including the Cours Florent. He first gained recognition for his comedic performances alongside Antoine de Caunes on the television show *Nulle part ailleurs* before achieving his cinematic breakthrough with *La Vérité si je mens !* (1997). He demonstrated his acting range in numerous films across different genres, earning him a César Award nomination for Best Actor for his performance in the thriller *The Ax* (Le Couperet, 2005). His more recent work includes the role of Biopix in the film *Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom* (2023).
