Nina Proll
ActorNina Proll, born in Vienna in 1974, is one of Austria's best-known actresses and singers. Her career began with roles in theater and musicals before she also attracted considerable attention in film in the 1990s. She impressed audiences early on with her powerful performances, which earned her recognition both in Austria and internationally.
An important milestone in her film career is the feature film TALEA (2013, directed by Katharina Mückstein). In it, Proll plays the character Eva, a mother who, after a long absence, tries to rebuild her relationship with her daughter. Her nuanced performance was praised by critics and contributed significantly to the film's success.
