In Blue

After a night of partying, dauntless flight attendant Lin is late for work. On the rush to the airport, her cab hits a fifteen-year-old boy. Shaken by the accident, Lin follows the teenager to the hospital. The boy's name is Nicu and he lives on the streets of Bucharest and in the tunnels beneath the city. The two slowly become friends, so much so in fact that Lin swaps shifts with another flight attendant so she can be with Nicu. A relationship develops between the two and the line between maternal and romantic feelings blurs. Director Jaap van Heusden's IN BLUE is "so original and daring" that it will "capture your heart with its ambiguity." (DMovies)
