Un monstruo de mil cabezas

With her back to the wall, a loving wife tries to save her husband’s life in a desperate attempt by providing access to medical treatment that he needs to survive. Sonia embarks on a chase against her corrupt and negligent insurance company and its complicit representatives - leading her son and herself into a vertiginous spiral of violence. After finding her husband writhing in pain at night, from an ongoing illness they thought he overcame, Sonia tries to get him the treatment that he needs and deserves after paying his insurer’s premium for years. But the doctor is unresponsive, even sneaks out of the hospital to avoid his appointment with worried Sonia. Forced by circumstances she can't control, Sonia turns into a vigilante.
