ActorThe director and screenwriter İlkay İdiskut completed her studies at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Her graduation film, “The Little Finger” (2022), premiered in the competition of the Max Ophüls Preis Film Festival and was nominated for the FIRST STEPS Award in the same year. For this work, she received the award for Best Short Film at the Achtung Berlin Film Festival. Her earlier works as a filmmaker also include the short film “Sarkis” from 2018.
