Jürgen Heimüller, born in 1968 in Marktredwitz, works as an actor and filmmaker. He completed his training at the Athanor Academy for Performing Arts. In addition to recurring engagements at the Staatstheater Nürnberg, he has appeared in numerous film and television productions, including formats like "Tatort" and the series "Hindafing". His feature film debut as a director and writer, "Der Kopf der Katze" (The Cat's Head), premiered at the Hof International Film Festival in 2022. For his work as a performer, he was awarded the Bavarian Arts Promotion Prize in 2004.
