DirectorKarin de Miguel Wessendorf is a respected documentary film director and journalist who has become known for her profound and socially committed work. Her films are characterized by a strong humanistic perspective, often shedding light on social injustices, ecological issues and political topics.
One of her best-known works is the documentary “The Red Line - Resistance in Hambach Forest”, which deals with the protests against the clearing of Hambach Forest in Germany. With this film, she has not only received recognition at numerous film festivals, but has also reflected the broad social debate on energy policy, nature conservation and responsibility towards future generations.
