Talal Afifi is a Sudanese film producer, curator, and the founder of the Sudan Film Factory. Through this independent platform, he promotes the training of filmmakers and film production in Sudan to revive the country's cinema. As a producer, he has been instrumental in internationally successful works, including the feature film 'You Will Die at Twenty' (2019), which won an award at the Venice Film Festival. He also produced the highly decorated short film 'Al-Sit' (2020) and the film 'A Kasha' (2018). Afifi regularly contributes his expertise as a curator for various film festivals.
