Guillo

GUILLO left his comfortable city life and went to Capurgana, a remote Colombian city in the Darien jungle, near the border to Panama. Now he lives in Aguacate Bay. Lonely, without electricity and far away from society, he's not terribly happy. The simplicity of his lifestyle, however, makes him question his previous way of life and gives us an idea of what happiness can be. GUILLO, a documentary by Carlos Andres Lopez, debuted at the Achtung Berlin New Berlin Film Award and was produced in cooperation with the German Film and Television Academy Berlin.
