THE GOOD MANNERS follows Valeria, a quiet 17-year-old who prefers to dance alone. When her parents take her to the family farmhouse to celebrate her grandparents' golden wedding anniversary, she is forced to share a room with her cousin Sol, whom she has not seen for years. During the week they spend together, a fragile space opens for desire, curiosity and unease. What begins as a family gathering gradually becomes an intimate coming-of-age story. Surrounded by her parents' expectations and the weight of family tradition, Valeria experiences a sexual awakening that unsettles her while bringing her closer to Sol. As the days pass, a dark family secret slowly comes to the surface. The film explores how desire, silence and family control shape the search for identity.
