Cristian Bidone (born in 1985 in Lanús, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine director, screenwriter, and cinematographer. After graduating from the Universidad Nacional de las Artes in Buenos Aires in 2013, he initially worked on short films and independent cinema projects before establishing himself as a versatile filmmaker with his own style. His filmography includes works such as Ronin conurbano (2020) and El amigo visible (2021), which have been presented at festivals in Argentina and internationally. He reached an important milestone with CORPOREAL (2024, directed by Cristian Bidone), a drama that addresses human vulnerability in a digitalized world. The film was screened at international festivals and brought Bidone to the attention of a wider audience outside Argentina. In addition to his work as a director, he is also active as a cinematographer and has been involved in various independent productions.
